• Full payment is required for ready-to wear order and 50% deposit for Bridal and Bespoke . Before production begins, remaining balances must be paid before shipment.
• Bespoke orders may be cancelled within 48hours of purchase for full refund.
• Any approved cancellation may be subject to charges covering work already completed,materials purchased and administrative costs.
• Taxes and duties depend on your shipping destination, VAT, CUSTOM and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process but may be levied as per rules & regulations set forth by the Government.
• If the product is damaged while transporting must be notified by email or to our office phone within 48 hours of the product being delivered. Customers must provide us images of the damaged goods.
• We will investigate the damage from our end ,repair or replace if needed and courier it back to the designated address.
• TheLabelZoe cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned independently.
• TheLabelZoe will bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair or replacement. Cost of returning the product shall be borne by the customer.
  

ALTERATIONS

• Alterations on bespoke items request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers are required to provide photographs or updated measurements.
